Ngā Tae o Te Taiao | Painting with whenua workshop

Create your own masterpiece with tae whenua (earth pigments) that you will make from a selection of dirts, soils and clays.

This workshop is delivered through a Māori lense and offers the opportunity to get your hands dirty in a creative way and disscus in an open wānanga setting how this practice was used in the past.

From pakeke to pepi this workshop is suitable for groups of all ages.

Te Hanga o Te Poi 
Poi Making Workshop

Learn how to plait a taura (string/rope) and put together your very own poi.
This workshop includes a 15 minute tutorial on how to use the poi.
